EVERYDAY TRIVIAL TORTURES
The constant confusion, the perpetual dilemmas, and relentless pondering are the genesis of this ongoing project. While I was brainstorming, I had few more (equally) interesting ideas but was unsure which one would channelize my creative energy well, the confusion kicking in as usual. And that itself became my vertex: I decided to make the indecisiveness as a creative theme.
Indecisiveness is not unique to me, and I feel that many others also battle their confusion and end up spending and sometimes wasting a lot of time on deciding the mundane things. In such cases, the bigger decisions come rather easy (surprise!!).
I want to take a microscopic view of each day and document, understand and illustrate at least one decision that I made (after vacillating numerous times) and all the thoughts, ideas and triggers towards that particular decision.
A lot of these decisions may be simple too but for a constantly thinking and over analyzing mind, reaching a decision is like combating a civil war with yourself.
