Become Indra's Advisors Contest 7- PepsiCo
With the ever growing number of contests targeted at Business school graduates, in an attempt to attract top talent, it is increasingly difficult for brands to stand out of the clutter. We were tasked to create a series of collaterals that amplify the spirit of BIAC.
Become Indra's Advisors Contest was the flagship event for the Human Resource team at PepsiCo India. Top business schools of the country participated in this contest which spanned over a period of 3 months. The winners of the contest were flown to New York, where they presented their case study solution to Indra Nooyi herself. Amongst other rewards included flying business class, ferried in Limousine, stay at Times Square, and a pre-placement offer.
We approached the project with an eye to highlight the top selling points of this contest to attract the target audience and create excitement through the campaign and consequently have increased participation in the contest. We used design thinking towards end to end campaign design which comprised of series electronic mailers, Posters, freebies, website, and event concept stage design and stationary. The event was chaired by PepsiCo india head and attended by who's who of the FMCG industry and saw a 100% increase in particpation from the previous year.
