RPIC - PepsiCo

PepsiCo India at that time was undergoing organizational restructuring which led to a little chaos within the walls. There was a growing dissonance with the movements and was affecting team spirit at different levels. With that as the background, we were asked to assist the team to reenergize employees and send a feel good wave through the organization pan india. To tackle that, RPIC was developed as a contest where teams nominate themselves under the guiding principles of ICARE and at the same time also reflect back to see and appreciate the merits of their own team. 

The campaign deliverable included idea and theme generation, concept development and execution through 30 mailers released over a period of 2 months. over 400 teams participated in the contest and the contest has been decided to be taken up annually in the organization.
