Diversity and Inclusion

Diversity and Inclusion is now becoming an important mandate in all organizations in India. With newly installed councils overseeing the D&I, the need to educate the entire organization top down is imperative. To create a better sense of what diversity is, we were asked to conceptualize and design a campaign to educate the employees. This was a series of emailers that were released for internal communication to encourage greater diveristy and inclusion amongst employees. The deliverables included concept, mailer design and copy writing.
