Anti Sexual Harassment - Amazon

With a huge workforce installed at the warehouse and distribution centres, there was a growing concern and need towards creating a healthy working atmosphere for men and women alike. After brainstorming with top management on how best to address the issue, it was decided to create a campaign where the instances of sexual harassment were spelt out, because it was agreed that what may not intended to be offensive to one, can be opposite to someone else. 
The scope of the campaign included ideating, conceptualizing and executing the anti sexual harassment campaign through Standees, Posters, Mailer which were translated in 8 regional languages.
